At 1,500 square feet, this first floor residence offers a cozy retreat. The historic building and residence was completely renovated in the summer of 2019. It features all new furnishings, high-end appliances and fixtures, and modern conveniences (washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, beach needs) you expect in a luxury rental. We have also added noise-dampening, thermal storm windows.
